※ 컬러 디스크의 특성상 제작 공정시 앨범마다 색상 차이가 나거나, 염료가 섞여 얼룩과 번짐, 반점 등이 발생할 수 있습니다.

※ 레코드는 공정의 특수성으로 인해 디스크가 조금 휘어 있는 상태로 출고되는 경우가 많습니다. 이로 인해 재생에 이상이 있는 경우에는 반품이나 교환이 가능하지만, 미세한 휨으로 재생에 이상이 없는 경우에는 교환이나 반품이 어려울 수 있습니다.

※ 침압 조정 기능이 없는 포터블 턴테이블 및 일체형 기기, 기타 보급형 기기에서는 정상적으로 생산된 레코드인데도 불구하고 재생 중 레코드가 튀거나 특정 구간에서 반복 재생되는 현상이 발생할 수 있습니다. 레코드에 입력된 신호를 읽는 톤암이나 바늘이 가볍거나 세팅이 잘못되었을 때 발생할 수 있는 현상으로, 침압 조정이 가능한 기기 혹은 정상적으로 세팅된 기기에서 재생할 경우 정상적으로 재생이 되는 경우가 대부분입니다. 침압 조정 기능이 있는 턴테이블에서 이런 현상이 발생할 경우 침압 및 안티-스케이트 조정을 해주시고, 보급형 기기여서 조정이 불가능할 경우 주변에 침압 조정이 가능한 기기에서 확인해 보시는 것이 좋습니다. 관련 사진과 동영상 및 재생 기기 모델명을 첨부하여 첨부하여 고객센터에 문의 바랍니다.

무통장 입금 시, 주문일로부터 3일 이내 입금이 확인되지 않으면 자동으로 주문이 취소되며, 예약 상품일 경우 재주문이 어려울 수 있습니다.

Orders paid by bank transfer will be automatically canceled if payment is not confirmed within 3 days from the order date. For pre-order items, re-ordering may not be possible after cancellation.
